This is my absolute favorite photo because it's pretty, but also has a creepy element to it. The forest looks empty; as if you were to scream, no one could hear you. I was inspired by my skirt, but I also wanted to show off my skills in Photoshop, since I have experience with the more Graphic side of photo editing software. I chose this, because it represents who I am as a photographer. I see the world in a very graphic standpoint. Everything seems like a nice overlay in my eyes.
Exposure : 1/30
Aperture : f/4.0
Focal Length : 28.0mm

This is another favorite of mine. Why? I like industrial themes. I like looking at things that people wouldn't normally consider interesting. I was actually not very inspired for this. I just wanted to have this as a picture. After I started looking at it more and more, I could feel some ideas forming. What would bring interest into the photo? Some color! This is something that represents my style of photography; close up and interesting.

I'm pretty proud about this one, because I like how simple it is. I didn't expect this to come out very well, since I was a nervous mess at the time. I like minimalist photography. I wanted my photo to showcase that, and it did. It's not very busy or distracting, and it's very clean. I also love the colors, since I think they work really well together! The white in the background is a nice touch as well. I was pretty lucky when I took this.

This one is probably my most close up picture I've taken all year. This is also one of the few photos that I have not edited to death. I didn't want to mess around with the colors, or add a bunch of effects to it. I wanted to keep it natural, because the subject is beautiful by itself. Sometimes less is more in this situation. I'm really glad I took this, because it shows how I like being up close and personal when I'm taking pictures.

This is my last photo. Again, it has a graphic touch to it. At the time, I was really depressed, and I didn't feel any creative urges, but I still needed to get a photo turned in. I had a classmate take a picture of me, since I wanted to showcase the earring I was wearing at the time. After that, I just messed around with layers, and coloring. A day later, I had this. This is a visual of my Depression at the time. I would consider this as one of my more moody pieces, but I'm happy I made it.
